HYLENR Secures $3M to Fast-Track LENR Commercialisation

HYLENR, a Hyderabad-based clean energy startup, has closed a USD 3.0 million Pre-Series A funding round to accelerate the commercialisation of its Low Energy Nuclear Reaction (LENR) technology. The round was led by Valour Capital and Chhattisgarh Investments Limited, with participation from individual investors Karthik Sundar Iyer and Anant Sarda. PwC acted as the transaction advisor, while Samvad Partners provided legal counsel.

The funding will be used to transition HYLENR from the pilot phase to market launch, fast-tracking the development and deployment of its proprietary LENR-based heat energy systems. With pilot projects already underway alongside government and industrial partners, HYLENR is developing products ranging from 7.2KW domestic units to 1MW industrial systems, focusing initially on markets in the US, Europe, India, and Japan.
