ACME Solar Secures ₹3,404.57 Crore Project Financing from PFC

ACME Solar Holdings Ltd. has secured ₹3,404.57 crore in long-term project financing from Power Finance Corporation (PFC) for its 250 MW ACME Urja One Pvt. Ltd. (Phase III) FDRE project. PFC is the sole lender for the project, with a repayment period of 19 years.

With this funding, the company’s total project financing raised during the current fiscal year has reached ₹6,051 crore. The project has a 25-year Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) with NHPC Limited at a tariff of ₹4.33 per unit, which has been approved by the Central and State regulators.

The project integrates solar, wind, and battery energy storage systems (BESS) and is being developed across Jaisalmer, Rajasthan, and Devbhumi Dwarka, Gujarat. Land and grid connectivity are in place, and the project is expected to be commissioned next year.
