AMPIN Energy Transition secures $50M investment from Siemens

AMPIN Energy Transition, a renewable energy company, has received a $50 million investment from Siemens Financial Services, the financing arm of Siemens AG. The investment will support AMPIN’s Commercial & Industrial (C&I) and Utility-scale renewable energy projects, as well as its energy transition value chain business.

This is AMPIN’s third investment transaction this financial year, bringing its total equity capital raised to $270 million this year and nearly $700 million in total. The company plans to deploy over $4 billion in capital for its renewable energy initiatives.
