h2e Power Systems Partners with YonderH2 for IGBT Rectifiers

h2e Power Systems has entered into a long-term partnership with YonderH2 to deploy IGBT (AFE + DC-DC) rectifiers across its green hydrogen and green molecule projects.

Under the partnership, h2e has placed a purchase order with YonderH2 for rectifiers for Power Grid Corporation of India’s 1 MW green hydrogen micro-grid pilot project at Neemrana, Rajasthan. The companies will also deploy the technology for h2e’s MW-scale AEM electrolyser project under the Pune Hydrogen Valley Innovation Cluster and an upcoming syngas project using solid oxide electrolysis technology.

Siddharth R. Mayur, Founder and Managing Director of h2e Power Systems, said, “At h2e, we are committed to bringing cutting-edge innovations to the green hydrogen ecosystem while ensuring that sustainability and affordability remain at the top of our agenda. This partnership with YonderH2 will pave the way for developing robust green molecule plants. The Power Grid project at Neemrana will be among the first in India to deploy an IGBT rectifier with an alkaline electrolyser, and the Pune Hydrogen Valley project, where h2e is a developer, will feature India’s first MW-scale AEM electrolyser integrated with IGBT (AFE + DC-DC rectifiers). We are proud to contribute to the vision of Atmanirbhar Bharat and Viksit Bharat.”
